As two career nannies and the co-owners of Bee Present Nanny Co., we bring more than two decades of combined professional childcare experience to every placement. Our agency was created to offer a more personal, transparent, and supportive approach to nanny placement.

We also believe nanny placement should have transparent, predictable pricing. Rather than basing our placement fees on a nanny’s salary, we offer families a choice of placement packages with set costs. Each package is thoughtfully designed around the time and work involved in finding the right match, along with the additional services and support included. Our packages are divided into three payments, making the investment clear and manageable throughout the placement process.

At Bee Present Nanny Co., we take much of the legwork out of the process. Our thorough screening process helps ensure that the candidates we present meet our requirements and are prepared to be considered for professional nanny positions. Rather than sorting through countless applications and trying to determine which candidates are truly qualified, families receive a curated selection of 2–3 candidates at a time who align with their needs.

We believe presenting a smaller selection allows families to thoughtfully get to know each candidate without feeling overwhelmed by a long list of options. As your search continues, we can introduce additional candidates as they become available and as needed, giving you the opportunity to consider new matches while keeping the process intentional and manageable.

We also provide guidance and support throughout the placement process, helping families better understand the nanny industry and what to look for when building a successful nanny-family relationship.

Bee Present Nanny Co. offers a package styled system, as we understand that every family has unique childcare needs. Whether you’re searching for a long-term nanny, temporary support, newborn care, occasional childcare, or just need help with an event, we offer flexible services designed to help you find the right fit. Our placement packages vary based on the level of support, screening, and additional services your family may need.

Basic Placement Package — $2,800

Best for families seeking essential nanny placement services.

Our Basic Package provides a straightforward approach to finding a qualified, dependable nanny for long-term childcare. Ideal for families who want professional assistance with their nanny search without additional placement benefits.

Standard Placement Package — $3,600

Best for families seeking additional support and flexibility.

Our Standard Package offers a more comprehensive nanny placement experience, with additional resources and support beyond the essentials. A great option for families who appreciate added flexibility and peace of mind.

Premium Placement Package — $4,800

Best for families seeking an elevated, comprehensive placement experience.

Our Premium Package provides our highest level of support for traditional long-term nanny placements. Designed for families who want enhanced screening, additional resources, and extended support throughout their childcare journey.

Infant & Newborn Care Package — $5,200

Best for families welcoming a newborn or caring for an infant.

This specialized package focuses on connecting families with qualified caregivers experienced in newborn and infant care. Ideal for parents seeking knowledgeable, attentive support during their child’s earliest stages of development.

Temporary Placement Package — $2,200

Best for families needing childcare for less than one year.

Our Temporary Placement Package is designed for families seeking professional childcare for a limited period. Whether you’re navigating a transition, temporary work commitments, or another short-term need, we help connect you with dependable childcare support.

Drop-In Childcare Services:

Single-Use Service: $180 | 6-Month Service: $350 | 12-Month Service: $650

Best for families needing occasional or flexible childcare.

Our Drop-In Care service connects families with vetted caregivers for date nights, backup childcare, special occasions, and other occasional childcare needs.

*Caregiver hourly rates are separate from agency service fees and are paid directly to the caregiver. Rates typically range from $20–$30 per hour.

Special Event Childcare:

Best for weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, and celebrations.

Agency pricing is based on the number of children and caregivers needed.

Our event childcare services provide organized, professional childcare for occasions when multiple children require supervision.

*Caregiver compensation is separate and is $25 per hour, per caregiver. Optional activity kits and supplies are available for an additional $300.

How do I know which package is right for my family?

The best package depends on your family’s childcare needs, desired level of support, and whether you’re seeking long-term, temporary, or occasional care.

Our team is happy to discuss your family’s individual needs and help you determine which placement option would be the most suitable.

Are nanny wages included in placement fees?

No. Placement fees cover the agency’s nanny search and placement services. Your nanny’s wages are separate and are determined by the agreed-upon hourly rate, schedule, and responsibilities.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We understand that securing dependable childcare is an important investment, which is why we offer flexible payment options.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the placement process. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your selected package.

The remaining balance is then divided into two equal payments (50/50), collected at designated stages throughout the nanny search and vetting process.

This allows families to spread out the cost of placement services while we work toward finding the right caregiver for their needs.

Many nanny placement agencies charge a placement fee ranging from 10–20% of a nanny’s projected annual salary. This means the higher a nanny’s hourly rate, the more a family may pay in agency fees.

We believe placement fees should reflect the services provided, not the salary of the nanny being hired.

Regardless of whether a nanny earns $20, $25, or $35+ per hour, our team dedicates the same intentional time, effort, and attention to finding the right fit for your family.

Every placement involves thoughtful recruiting, careful screening, thorough vetting, and personalized support. Our commitment to quality remains consistent, regardless of your nanny’s hourly rate.

That’s why we offer straightforward, flat-rate placement packages based on your family’s individual needs and desired level of service, rather than charging a percentage of your nanny’s annual earnings.

Yes. It is unlawful for a family to hire someone who does not have the appropriate U.S. work authorization.

Legally, nannies and household staff that make more than $3,000 in a year are required to be given a W-2. We have partnered with HomePay as well as Poppins Payroll services to make taxes simple and stress free!
